2016 Annual Meeting

Lynn Fletcher - March 2016

Thanks to all who were able to join us for the OAF 2016 Annual Meeting!

Mariel Zagunis inspired with her story of turning heartbreak into gold, and gave a graphic demonstration of why investors and entrepreneurs should not challenge Olympic champions to duels!  Mariel will be competing for her 3rd gold this summer in Rio.

Nick Symmonds was motivating and captivating with both his athletic and entrepreneurial journeys and intriguing with his pursuit of Olympic contract fairness. This August, Nick could become the the first American to win an 800M gold since Dave Wottle in 1972. His legacy, however, will likely be his advocacy for the entrepreneurial rights and free speech rights of track athletes.

Panels on brand building and community leadership informed and challenged. Three OAFlympian entrepreneurs were showcased. And a brief update on fund status and performance was shared.

It was wonderful to see so many people supporting entrepreneurship in Oregon!  Thank you all for being part of this journey!
